Various materials/textures created in Substance Designer as well as some material work in Unreal.

Unreal material that allows for vertex paint blending, gradient overlay and UV adjustments.

This material allows the stucco to be vertex painted away using the height map of the stone bricks. There's also an overall gradient that can be adjusted to fit the mesh through it's absolute world position.
